30 in gas range good stove top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] new home contractor installed, like the burner grates, pots & pans don't slide. Like the way the burner flames adjust down, low is low, and ideal for simmer. Oven is sensitive for temp adjustment, seems to be hotter than indicated, don't care for the way oven cycles on off to keep temp regulated. When oven lights its NOISEY. Black surface not easy to clean and streaks.
