Amana electric range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty good range for the money. It is attractive in appearance and functions well. The oven temperature is accurate and the burners work fine. On the downside; the burner knobs are difficult to read position at a glance, The drawer construction feels flimsy. Our biggest issue is with the smooth, glossy black cooktop. It is very difficult to keep clean and shiny without smears and streaks. Our range from 1999 had a textured top that was super easy to clean. I spend 10 times the effort cleaning this new shiny one.

It’s also nice on the big burners to have a choice on how much area you need to cook with. The oven is great too I love the beep once oven ie at the temperature selected. A really big selling point is ease of clean up I was very concerned about the glass top. I love it

New house and a new range

However, however, it heats up quickly up quickly looks great and contemporary, and it's hard to find a self cleaning oven like I'm used to, so this is great!
