This blender is amazing! I am seriously blown away by its power! I use this to make soup, smoothies, and baby food and it gets it perfect EVERY time. I was baffled to find out I could put RAW carrots in my Vitamix and it would make baby food for my 7 month old the PERFECT consistency! Being able to use raw food for so many recipes makes this blender SO worth it for me. Raw foods are SO much better for you and it cuts my cooking time drastically. This blender is so convenient and allows you to be consistent in your blending with the digital timer. I will seriously never use another blender!
Pros: Texture Quality, Power

Hands Down Best Blender I've Ever Used!

I never thought a blender could be so versatile until I tried this Vitamix blender. I made avocado crema in seconds and I even made ice cream (seriously!) in mere minutes. The new timer feature on this blender is incredible because you can set it and forget it as you are working in the kitchen. As a multi-tasker home cook, this is a HUGE selling point for me. I've been using it every day since I received it and it has made cooking so much easier and more approachable. Plus, this machine is SO easy to use, you don't have to be a pro to use it at home. It's the most essential appliance I have in my kitchen now (and looks so sleek on my countertop)! I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review. Absolutely amazing blender!

I have been blown away by the features of my Vitamix! The fact that you can whip up homemade almond butter in less than 2 minutes is reason enough to go get your own! I love all of the functions on the Vitamix, especially the timer. The clean and minimal design is something I always gravitate towards when purchasing new kitchen appliances. I was nervous at first to make the switch to a Vitamix since I'm not quite at "chef level," but I quickly realized that ANYONE can use a Vitamix. It's so easy, and the recipes it comes with will quickly turn you into an at home chef! I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review. These opinions are my own.

Worth the buy for container versatility

I am a long time Vitamix user. We've been using our 2009 model non-stop since purchase (roughly 5x/week). The new Ascent series A2300 has many changes from the classic model. If you do not have a Vitamix and are considering purchasing, this is going to be a great model for you due to the now highly versatile container sizes, including a personal sized 8 oz. The self detecting ability also adjusts blending to what the cup size needs rather than one size fits all.
While the A2300 does not include the 3 pre-set program modules of the A2500, the build in timer screen and speed/power level dial settings will help you use your Vitamix to the best of the machine's purpose and ability for specific methods (smoothie, soup, frozen yogurt). In short- it helps you become a better user while possibly multi-tasking in the kitchen. As always, the blending capabilities of the Vitamix are without question, the best in the industry. My only wish is that future models have a smaller base with counter space at a premium.

OBSESSED with my New Vitamix!

I’ve used other Vitamix machines as well as many other brands of blenders in the past and this by far is THE BEST! My day isn’t complete without blending up my favorite green smoothie after my daily hot yoga practice and this new machine makes it so easy and makes my smoothie super smooth (say that 3 times fast! ha) The digital timer is also one of my favorite features because I know exactly how long I’ve been blending for! I also love the pulse feature for my chunky fresh salsa! Overall I’m pretty obsessed and use it almost every single day! Perfect addition to my counter top!
