At first i was hesitant to spend so much money on a blender but it really is worth every penny. Nothing blends like a vitamix does. All the things you can make in it are incredible. Im a person who doesnt like seeds in my smoothies, and my vitamix breaks them up so well you dont even know they are there. Will be a lifetime customer :)

I have been using a Vitamix for 12 years , and recently decided to purchase the A2300, as it will have the option of smaller blending containers, which I am excited about and have wished for Vitamix to have that option. This is the most essential item in my kitchen. I use it at least 4 times a day. I start out my day with blended iced coffee, then move on to lunch with a green smoothie, my afternoon snack will be a fruit smoothie, and by dinner I will use the Vitamix to either make a soup or cauliflower mash. There are so many things you can make using this machine. The options are endless. I have come to the realization that this is one appliance I am not willing to give up. My friends always ask me for advice on eating and living healthy, and a big part of that is owning a Vitamix.

I've had my vitamix for about two months, and so far I'm very happy with it. It blends everything! I use it everyday. I do find the container to be too big to make individual servings of sauces and dressings, so I'm looking forward to the smaller containers being released. The only other thing I don't love is how loud the machine is when I turn it up 8, 9 or 10. But overall, I'm happy with it ❤

We bought the new A2300 in February, and have used it quite a few times to make our delicious Nutter smoothies (frozen ripe bananas, frozen sliced strawberries, peanut butter, unsweetened cocoa powder, whole dry figs, unsweetened almond milk). The blender works pretty well, but for two people, I would prefer the 48 oz jug vs the 64 oz one that it comes with. The downside of this blender as well as the Professional 300 that we had on trial, but returned, is that both let off an unpleasant electronic smell which is slowly going away, but we do wonder how toxic it is. The Professional 200 that we bought last winter did not release any electrical smell, and with the 48 oz jug, it was the best blender and the one we should have kept in hindsight. We do prefer the look of the new Ascent series blenders, and in particular, the inclusion of a timer. For the prices of these blenders, I would like to see Vitamix use a better quality speed dial (check out the new very robust Kitchen Aid professional models that features metal switches and dials versus the really cheap plastic dials that Vitamix uses). The 10 year warranty is a bonus, and the only reason why we opted for the A2300 over the Kitchen Aid pro model is Vitamix's industry leading fully comprehensive warranty that even includes shipping there and back, whereas you need to pay for the shipping with Kitchen Aid's 10 year warranty.

I bought this blender a couple of months ago and I am in love!! It is a bit pricey, I normally wouldn't spend this much on a kitchen appliance, but I'm glad i did. It's like no other blender I have ever owned. The possibilities are endless. I use it to make fruit smoothies but want to make other things with it. Once I can find the time, if that's even possible with an 18 month old, I'd like to make soups and sauces. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research on the vitamix, I watched countless youtube videos and read many blogs, before purchasing it. I was hesitant to take the plunge, I mean I don't have a magical tree that grows money. If you're thinking about it take the plunge, I didn't and I don't regret my purchase one bit.
