I recently purchased a vitamix for our family after our last blender broke. I’m pleased with the ease of use and it’s ability to handle our smoothie preferences. I’m curious and plan to try the soup and other meal recipes as I’ve used a blender for these things before with varying results. Excited about the future w/ Vitamix. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll let you know lol.

Making ice cream in this machine alone almost justifies the price. It'll liquefy, if needed, almost anything to make a V8-type drink with vegetables or fruit smoothie.

Roughly two months in and this machine has changed the way my whole family eats. I figured like most specialty kitchen appliances it would find its way to cupboard and be forgotten. We use our vitamix daily and I'm not sure how we ever got along without one. It's super versatile and super easy to clean. Beyond the daily smoothies, I've enjoyed making soups, guacamole, juice, bean dip, iced coffee and likely more I'm forgetting. Awesome warranty. American made. I don't recommend this but you could likely puree a Ninja blender with this Vitamix. In all honesty, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I would and do recommend this blender to everyone!
