I use my vitamix almost everyday and sometimes multiple times a day. Ive had many blenders in the past and this one finally can stand up to use.

“Perfect Blend App” promises to smart sense the container and measure your ingredients straight on the base instead of using the discontinued scale. Then blending for the “perfect” cycle of time and speed. The concept is promising, but the App does not work with the 2300. Returned it for a Second 2300, which had the same App problem for both. The Bluetooth will correctly detect the blender, but the App does not communicate. Quite embarrassing to call an App “Perfect” that is non-functional. Solution? Vitamix, do some actual quality control. Test the units with the App to verify it actually works before selling to the customer. If it doesn’t work, fix the problem with the app team. Problem solved. But stop selling expensive Ascent series to customers that don’t work as promised by your marketing. Bottom line: without a functional App the Ascent series is just a regular blender with a large price tag. Hope it gets fixed for others to enjoy.

I bought my vitamin a month ago. I really love it but for $500 I expected it to blend through anything and at times I find it falls short and E31 pops up and it gets over heated which I don’t like very much.

I hadn't heard of Vitamix before this year. i had been making "smoothies" in my old ninja blender. It made what i would call convenience store type drinks you had to drink with a very wide straw! I was looking for something better. While searching Google, Youtube, and family and friends, I discovered VITAMIX. I purchased this particular model because i make large batches to drink throughout the day. This baby comes with a 64oz container and blends everything. I've dropped in whole lemons, cut cucumbers in fours and popped them in, and whole ginger root. This thing blends everything to a silky smooth consistency. I will say that it is a hassle sometimes to get every last drop out, but I'm cheap. This is the best purchase I have ever made. If you want an ICEE type consistency go with the Ninja. If you want a real smoothie get a VITAMIX. Worth the money!

I’m very happy with the vitamix. I’ve made a few different recipes in there. We use it for mostly smoothies and it works great! I love the self cleaning feature. We did have an issue but CS was able to help us right away. Overall very satisfied.
