I bought the A2300 as a replacement for my reconditioned Vitamix 5000 that finally gave up the ghost. I bought that one 16 years ago, so I'm very, very happy with the Vitamix family. The 5000 has served me well. If you're looking for a powerful blender with not a lot of digital bells and whistles, the A2300 is the one for you.

What a great blender! If your worried about a lack of features, dont be! With the app this blender becomes just as functional as the higher models with the presets for smoothies, ice cream, etc. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and the red looks fantastic! Matches perfectly with our stand mixer.

I really love it! I’m using it at least once a day with really good results!
What I don’t love:
The black plastic tamper split on the first use. Disappointedly as it costs a lot to replace. Also disappointed in the scraper I bought as an extra. It was not listed as rubber on website (called and asked to ensure silicone), and the darn thing is rubber (latex allergy over here). Really thinK you should take it back given the steps I took to ensure my own safety.

This blender really is powerful. Slightly loud but it will blend everything and anything to a great consistency. Perfect for making smoothies, bowls, soups or dips and easy to clean. I bought it for my boyfriend and he was very happy. It also comes with a cute recipe book with tons of ideas!

I bought my Vitamix just under a month ago and I absolutely love it! I use it 2-3 times per day. I have always loved making smoothies for myself and my family but this takes it to another level. I can put things in my kids smoothies and they have absolutely no idea - like flax seeds, oats, hemp seeds, frozen veg and more. The way the Vitamix purees eveything is amazing! I feel so good about what my family is consuming when making smoothies. I have also made them sherbert for breakfast! My kids thought it was pretty awesome having sherbert for breakfast. Strawberries, ice and honey! I will continue to recommend all friends and family to purchase one for themselves - worth every penny!

Great option for the price. Bluetooth and the Vitamix app create a more affordable option than the A2500 with all of the same preset functions. Downside — this requires a lot of contents in order to function properly. You definitely can’t make a single serve smoothie in the 64 oz container so buying the adapter and single serve cup would be necessary if blending for 1. Also, the tamper feels like a much cheaper plastic than the one I had for my Pro Series 500. In addition to the quality of the tamper, it doesn’t completely cover the opening in the lid so splatter is a big issues when tamping.

I like this vitamix. I owned a different vitamix which was very loud. This one is quieter and has an easy to use electronic display. I find that the numbers on the side of the pitcher are very hard to read, that is why I only give this model 4 stars.
