We receive our E2300 about a month ago. It’s a capable machine which we use daily for nut butters, smoothies, soups and about anything you can think of. The trouble is during using the machine throws an error code E17 or E18, and stops. We need to unplug it and restart. Pretty disappointed that a new machine is having issues and will likely need serviced. So great blender, bad quality control.

The E1 error code you have received is an Internal Communication Error. To clear the error code, we recommend cycling the power switch from the "On" to the "Off" position, waiting five seconds and then turning the power switch back to the "On" position. Please note that it may take a few attempts to clear the error code. This error code will appear if the machine needs to be recalibrated. If you are unable to clear the error code with the troubleshooting mentioned above, please give our customer care team a call at 1-800-848-2649.
I have owned and used the Vitamix 5200 for over 15 years and have loved it. Recently, I decided to upgrade and purchased the A2300. It is sooooo powerful. It effortlessly turns my fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds into smoothies and makes humus like a dream. I also have the 8oz. And 20oz containers for smaller amounts. They are well built and I’m perfectly satisfied with my purchase.
I just received my new A2300 yesterday and have already used it to make a graham cracker/nut crust and a key lime pie...and a tomatillo/mango salsa. Both came out great! I've wanted this blender for a long time and am grateful to finally own one. Sorry I waited!!
I purchased my A2300 because I was tired of my blendtec with its cavitation issues. I’m totally happy with my vitamix and I’m glad that I made the switch.
Bought my vitamix at the end of November and although it’s only been a week, I can see why so many recommend this brand. I watched some videos by lifeisnoyoke on YouTube to figure out what model would be best and went with the A2300. I love that it has high quality switches and dial. Also went with no presets because I like the simplicity and the fact that it can sync to my phone and will have presets there.
It blends like no other, and if you can afford it.. get it! Definitely the most premium appliance in my kitchen now but it was beyond worth it, especially with the 10 year warranty. Im incredibly happy and can’t wait to start making salsas with it :)
Pros: Programability, Speed of Service, Texture Quality, Durability, Easy to use, Product features, Power
We got the scale to go with this Vitamix and with the app it makes it so easy to make smoothies, soups, whatever. It's pretty much the easiest way for me to get plenty of veggies and greens in my diet and make them taste good too.
