It's OK but not as good as expected. 1. The lid not properly sealed. It's leaking sometimes.
2. The bottom edge of the cup is not smooth, it cut lines into the rubber base. 3. The knife is not very good quality. One of the blade is already worn out after one month of use.

I had my first Vitamix for 10 years and it was still going strong. I chose to upgrade, as I liked the idea of the increased horse power and the wide canister. This blender does not disappoint. It is just as amazing as I would expect Vitamix to be. I will continue to enjoy using this blender, I have no doubt, for at least as many years as my first Vitamix. I'm very happy to have gone out of my budget to make this purchase. It makes absolutely smooth and homogenous blends of anything you throw in to it. Its just brilliant! I cannot stop gushing about it to my friends and work colleagues. I was a bit on the fence since its quite a bit more expensive than its competitors, but in the end I would say that I made the right decision. The 10 year warranty also helped my justify the cost a bit :)
