It is a great machine! I recently transitioned to a whole food plant based lifestyle and this machine has been an invaluable tool for me to be able to make delicious meals. I have the bowl, pitcher size and the food processor attachments too and love that I just need the one base to use them all. It's so versatile and powerful.

It keeps over heating. I have followed the directions from customer service and it is still not working properly. This is awful. I paid for a high quality machine and I got screwed. Not happy with this purchase at all.

I have a house full of kids/teens that live for smoothies. I worked as a barista all through college and trialed/used many blenders over the years. My kids and I agree that this blender is by far superior to almost any brand out there. Easy to use, easy to clean, blends like a dream, and the accessories and recipes are awesome. It is expensive, but i know I will never be buying anything else but a Vitamix.
