Great sound and battery, but terrible build quality\material

It was a great headset: comfortable, good audio, great battery... but for about 3 months, after that rubber part start to "blowing out" (see attached picture). After one year of use my "Plus" button break (plastic part broke), so i guess it's the end to this device, a shame.
Pros: battery life, Comfortable, Sound quality
Cons: Build materials, Short wires
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Sound, Great Battery, Falling Apart

I love the audio quality and how comfortable these ear buds are. I can wear them all day without issue. I'm severely disappointed that the rubber is falling apart after I left them in a warm car during the summer. I have the same issues as other users are reporting. This is being sold a premium product, Klipsch should take care of their customers and own up to this poor choice in materials
Pros: Audio quality and sound isolation are fantastic.
Cons: Rubber is falling apart

great sound flawed design

the rubber over the control warps and coating peel off, leaving your neck and shirt with black debris. There 100's of complaints about this design problem and the company has not addressed the issue. If you did not buy them from an authorized dealer, there is not a warranty. I filled a claim and the company did not respond

In general - great headphones. But design could be better.

Pros: Terrific sound and build quality. Very easy to set up. Can work with multiple devices at a time. Best in-ear headphones battery life. Cons: Wire, that comes from the frame could be a little bit longer. Design in general is good, but could be more "minimalistic" - why this "golden" stitching on the padding? And somewhat golden/copper colored details on the neckband?
Pros: Battery life., Compact, Easy To Set Up, Good Audio
Cons: A little bit annoying design., Heavy / Bulky, Wires could be longer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Sound

I use this X12's mainly when I'm at a location that forces me to be there for a long time. Otherwise I listen when I'm walking my dog or doing something that requires me to be out of the house for long periods. Inside I have a great sound system at my desk and don't need the X12's. When out and about, and if I want to, I'm usually able to completely conceal the neckband, and the wire/earbud combination is almost invisible.
Pros: Attractive, Compact, Easy To Set Up, Energy Efficient, Good Audio

I would not buy this product again

The sound is great. The earbuds work very well for me. Battery life is excellent. What I don't like are two things; Bluetooth has to be reconnected when my IPhone and X12 have been apart for more than a few minutes and the X12 neckband rotates one way or the other but ends up upside down if you don't put it back in position when you are active. In the office it stays put. I think that a lighter and narrower upper band will work far better.

For me, these headphones are perfect

I use these headphones to listen to news,Ted talks, podcasts, music, and to meditate. I use them in airplanes, in bed and walking around the house. They are perfect for me and haven't begun to deteriorate at all. I've had them for about 12-18 months.
Pros: Ear pieces fit In my tiny ear canals, No huge headset to wear
