I purchased the Mercury Percussion Massager a few weeks ago because my old one broke after several years of use. It may not be as strong as my old one but it still is better than any other one I’ve ever tried. I’m ordering another one for a friend for Christmas.

can't live without one of these palm held massager

12 years with Lyme disease and other tick borne infections have destroyed my life with pain from neuropathy due to myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) and trigger points (TrP). For this period I used one of these massagers almost daily and after years of hard use my 1st one died from 10 years of forceful use.
I was so happy to see that it was still being made, as it is light weight and for its size, powerful, but with no recharging or dead battery worries.
I now have a second for backup, but if they last like the last I'll be covered 20+ years. I wouldn't be without 2 of these, as the week without it was bad. It became a dependent part of my daily pain reduction regiment.
One note, I found my older unit had a very high stall force, meaning it could be pushed hard into a muscle without stalling the motor. The new unit out of the box stalled quite easily and I nearly returned it. But after 15 minute or so, it loosened up and now works as well as the older unit that I replaced. Both new units acted this way and both loosened up with minimal warming up.
Other than a percussion hammer, this is my favorite piece of equipment and this does what the percussion hammer can not. Two tools for 2 different actions. This palm sized unit is great for running over neuropathy buzzing muscles to disrupt pain signals and allow enough relief to make the difference between sleeping and not sleeping.
A must have in our home. In my opinion, this is the best vibrating small one handed massager on the market

This is my second model and I love the contour attachment. It’s perfect for legs shoulders and trap area. As a bonus, my kids love using this thing and think it’s fun to give me a massage. The jokes on them lol!

I've had the Massager with Heat for about a week and it has done more to reduce scar tissue on my thumb than anything I've done so far. I've done hand massage, ultrasound, etc., and nothing compares to the results I've seen with this device from HoMedics. Reducing scar tissue allows more flexibility and greater motion in my thumb. I'm really impressed and it has only been a week! I could not be happier; love the heat!

I brought the mercury percussion massager with heat. While it did relax my muscle I did not feel to much heat. Maybe that was the way it was intended to keep customers from being burned. I use it just about every day. The more I used it the more the muscle relaxed. I would refer it to a find.
