Great Home Massage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Best neck, shoulder and back massage at home ever! It has an app to control it and a remote control. There are lots of options to personalize your massage. It is comfortable. Very heavy though to carry. The position of the massage heads feels magnificent. There is an extra pad and I highly recommend using it so that the massage heads don't pinch you. The app installs easily if you follow the directions of making sure all other bluetooth apps are not running. It took me some time to figure that out. Oh, and it has heat! The seat also vibrates and heats up. This is an all around great way to not have to go out for a decent back/neck massage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my new masseuse, I love sitting in this seat. I love all the different options available.
The heat is my favorite. I just got done doing physical therapy and this is also helping my back so much. I also the the tapping and kneading function, it helps me relax.
I've since moved the seat to my recliner and everybody wants to sit there. I prefer to use the controller rather than my phone, personal preference. It comes with straps to secure onto a chair.
The seat has a removable cover which I have been using for protection and to keep neat and clean.
I so glad I have this whether for my back, the heat or the massaging I use this masseuse a few time a day. So will you!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a single mom this massage cushion has been a godsend. I’m always busy get a massage away from home. I can just sit down and relax while watching TV and rest when I’m done. Having different massage zones is great for me because sometimes I have problems with my lower back, sometimes it’s my upper back, and sometimes my whole body hurts. The function works great for me because I have a heat sensitivity problem but it’s not so strong that it hurts. It’s just strong enough to release tension. The only problem I had with the massage cushion is the neck massager. I’m a little on the short side so unless I pop something under me it massages the back of my head instead of my neck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try this out as soon as it came in and it did not disappoint! It was very easy to unpack and set up-just put it on a chair or your favorite spot on the couch and plug it in. I tried the demo setting first, which I would suggest for all new users. This thing is powerful! The demo helped me decide which massage speeds and spots I preferred as some of the speeds and places on my back were a bit uncomfortable. It does come with an extra pad to put on it for your back if it’s too much for you. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a back/neck massage.

A really good (but not perfect) massage cushion

I really enjoy the massage that I get from the Perfect Touch. The shiatsu is a nice strong massage, the rolling setting gives a more gentle experience.
A few notes:
It is not for short people. I am 5'7" and I am almost too short for the neck massager. I have to use the neck massager on the lowest spot setting otherwise it massages the back of my head instead of my neck. I have found that I actually get the best massage if I put a cushion that raises me up about 1" from the bottom of the massager. That way it gets my low back and my neck perfectly.

Just bought this for the wifey for X-mas. I must say that I have found myself using it more than her. For the new user. It will invigorate muscle tendons that you may have forgotten about. Beware of the initial soreness (This is a good thing). Awesome Product.

I purchased the Perfect Touch Massage Cushion approximately 3 weeks ago. It feels wonderful in places and not so good in others. Doesn't go all the way down to lower back and the neck goes almost to top of head-most uncomfortable. Also does not get shoulder area well. I am 5'5" with long torso and this does not fit me. I have reached out to customer service 5 times and only receive an automated response with service number that never goes further. Extremely disappointed with Homedics and would not recommend.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the unit is in Kneading massage, press either spot button to stop and focus the Shiatsu action in one place. Once the unit is operating in Spot Massage, you may adjust the mechanism position by holding down either button until the desired position is reached. The Up Arrow will move the mechanism upwards and the Down Arrow will move it down. Once you release the button, the mechanism will stop in that place.
