We are sorry to hear this. The massage cushion should be used in a firm upright chair, like a office style chair or a kitchen chair. Please contact Consumer Relations at 1-800-466-3342 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or email cservice@homedics.com for assistance.
I bought this for my husband, hoping he would get rid of his old Niagara chair. He thinks it is not cushioned enough. The balls press too hard on his back. I will purchase a cushion to soften the feel for him. He has very sensitive skin. However I love the back massagers. I do not feet they are too hard. Very relaxing. Use it every evening. I am 5 ft tall and will try sitting on a large pillow to use the neck massage. Not sure I can get accustomed to that but hopeful. Anyway I am keeping it for the family room. He will keep his ancient Niagara for the living room. My parents bought it in the 60’s. Still works but needs some new gears. Good job Homemedics. Not a real massage but very, very helpful in working up back muscles and getting out the kinks. Five stars for relaxation!!
I bought this for my husband for his 50th birthday. He travels a lot for work and always has back and neck tightness. He has been using this every night before bed and the tightness is no more! It’s worth every penny. I highly recommend this!
