I bough this 2 years ago, and part of that time is has been in storage. The controller doesn't work anymore. Barely lasted 2 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after Ten uses and company will not respond

This was an expensive item to purchase, especially since it didn’t last very long. I hardly used it and I when I went to turn it on a few months ago it would not turn on at all. I have repeatedly reached out to HoMedicsCS askIng for help who has not responded to any of my emails asking for help. I would not recommend this product or this company

AMAZING... if you're the right size!

I would LOVE this massager if it worked on people of all sizes. I'm 5'1". The neck massager doesn't even get to my neck... it massages the back of my head! Hard rollers on a hard head is not very comfortable.

I've had this one year! It's so wonderful I have no words! I have two different arthritis and my muscles get in knots and I cannot walk. This helps my pain 1000000%!!! Buy it!!! Get the chair that goes with it too.

I bought this for my wife as a Christmas present and ended up giving it to her a tad bit early as she always comes home with a sore back and neck from bending over patients all day. She is a Dentist and has for the past few years complaining about her back and neck. With COVID19 this year she has not been able to go to her massage appointments and was really hoping that the “Perfect Touch Masseuse App-Controlled Massage Cushion with Heat” from HoMedics would work well for her. Needless to say she loves it and thankful that she can come home and relax to a great massage!
