It leaks

I bought this 2 months ago for my 90 year old mom who has neuropathy. I recently discovered it leaks from the bottom, sometimes soaking a towel I put underneath. She really likes the massage effect and bubbles.
The water level is below the mark, so I know it's not overflowing. Does anyone else have this problem?

The Shower Bliss is a really nice foot spa. I have used different brands in the past, and this is the best.
Keeps the water very warm, is lightweight and easy to clean and love the handle and pouring spout. They have thought of everything! Husband is a size 11 and he fits fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a real foot spa or foot bath before, and this is so nice! It warms the water if you want it to, and keeps it warm while you are soaking. The only thing that might not work for some people if they have big feet. It isn’t really long enough for a foot bigger than a women’s size 10. My foot fit ok, but if it was larger, I wouldn’t be able to move it back and forth to massage on the bottom.

Fantastic foot spa

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to help relax and restore my feet after a long day. My wife and I both use this and its fantastic. The heat boost function keeps the water hot and the spa feeling is great until you end it. It includes massage bubbles that massage your foot muscles and relieve foot pain. The floor of it is textured and massages your feet as you rub them forward and backwards. You can rub the attached pumice stone or roller on the bottom of your feet and either clean off the dead skin or massage them further with the roller. Clean up and storage is easy, the spa is small and fits in your closet. We have hard water in our house and this rinses clean without any residue or hard water marks. This is great for evening relaxation. I read my E-book for 20 or 30 minutes a night while massaging my feet. Great product.

I’m very happy with this foot spa! The handle is a great feature. It’s simple to use. I love the shower on my feet and the sound is very calming like a light rain. The water stays warm…Love that! And the 3 attachments plus the pulse setting are therapeutic to the soles of my feet! I’d definitely gift this to anyone with confidence that they’d enjoy it as I do!
