The bag itself was very good. Easy access, small, light weight. BUT....., I returned it because of the flimsy handle. I think it was defective. It only locked fully extended. Once in ten tries would it lock at a mid point. Not worth the trouble... loved the bag, loved the wheels... the handle was a "deal breaker".

Cons: Handle would not lock mid-position

Great bag for any trip

Great carry on bag especially for domestic travel in the US and as a carry to supplement international flights. Some of those overhead bins can be pretty small and I have had to plane-side check my old carry-on many times only to dash to my connection upon arrival. This bag fit into the bins even on a flight in a 2x2 row Embraer. The additional upside is that if you are late for the flight and all overhead bin space is taken, it could actually fit under the seat in front of you with some room for your feet. So if you absolutely do not want to be separated from it, then at least you have a shot at keeping it. Great capacity, had 4 days of clothes packed (2 pairs jeans, 4 button downs, and under garments) all fit fine, plus toiletries. Capacity drops if you need to add shoes, but all-in-all it is bigger than it looks. I have only taken it on one air trip so far, but it feels like it will hold up well. The only challenge was that it's 2 wheels make it a bit harder to steer; especially if you are used to the 4 wheel models. Annoying, but not a deal killer as I saw it.

Cons: With only 2 wheels, harder to steer

Inaccurate dimensions - DEEPER than 8"

I'm honestly heartbroken, I thought this bag would be perfect for my needs but it is unfortunately just a tiny bit too big. I often travel on short one-night to three-night trips, and was looking for a bag that would fit the free personal item restrictions of those ultra low cost carriers that charge for a full-sized carry-ons. Spirit and Frontier allow 18x14x8 inches, and Allegiant allows 16x15x7. the overall dimensions of this bag are listed at 16.0" x 14.0" x 8.0", so I thought I had found the perfect bag for Spirit/Frontier, and would take my chances and hope for the best on Allegiant. Tragically though, I found that this bag does NOT fit in the Spirit free personal item sizer! The bag itself is 8" wide, but the wheels stick out just a little bit, which makes the bag too wide/deep to fit in the sizer (see attached pictures - it's maybe half an inch too much). Besides being too big, this bag is wonderful. The material seems very high quality, something I'd be proud to carry on a business trip around coworkers and clients. The hand straps have some stiffness to them so they stand up on their own, which makes it very easy to quickly pick up the bag. The wheels are solid, and spin evenly and quietly. There is a slot on the inside that fits my laptop (though it is not very padded so might be best to use a case or sleeve), and otherwise there's just three small zippered mesh pockets (one on each side inside, and another flap that holds in your items), the rest is open space which allows for a lot of packed items (I have two large packing cubes that fit easily with room to spare for shoes, toiletries, and 3-1-1 liquids bag). The only cons of this bag is that the bag is a bit too big, and there's no designated plastic/waterproof zippered compartment to safely store and easily access the liquids bag for TSA screening. Samsonite, PLEASEE make a bag just like this that's a little thinner (max 7" deep), and has a liquids pocket! That would just be perfection for me!
