One set of wheels came off on first trip

Purchased the Omni PC Spinner 28. On our first trip with this spinner, one set of wheels came off. Now we are stuck and have no way to return the suitcase. We called customer service and we don't get through. Don't buy this luggage , the Samsonit 10 Year warranty means nothing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oversized for Air Travel

Considered an oversized checked bag on all major airlines I've researched thus far. The norm is a linear max 62". This bag is over 65". Why didn't Samsonite make this an air-travel friendly large suitcase? Such a waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it overall. Quality is great. It will take some getting used to a differed style of packing though, as the two sides are like equals in terms of volume, so living out of it while traveling means being able to open it up flat (takes up more floor space) then just lifting one side up and down to access one main packed side which is how all my soft sided luggage has always been. But that's on me and my preference as I'm used to it from years of travel experience. #sweepstakes

This luggage is great, but, wheels are not. One bump in curb. Cannot find wheel replacement? Why other than Samsonite wanting you to buy another suitcase would they not sell replacement wheels. HELP

So my first trip with this piece was in a bus on an overnight journey and I must say the best thing I liked about this is that it is comfortable to stroll and also feels sturdy at the same time. Although, I didn't have it fully loaded, but it seemed manageable to take even more load. It has also been on a lot of road curb walking with me due to bus stands and I am happy that is holds well. Overall, I am pretty happy for the Value of money I've received.
Pros: Easy To Carry, Good Capacity, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Bad Zippers, Weak Seams

I did not have the opportunity to use it. My next trip is in a month. I have many suitcases, but I never had a hard one and I decided to order one. I'm very pleased with the suitcase, outside is beautiful and inside, i love that it has two compartment, this will keep me well organized on a two weeks trip to China. I'll recommend this suitcase to my friends. In a year after several trips that I already planned, I'll write another report about how the suitcase responded to the handle at the airports.
