My daughter asked for this suitcase as a Christmas gift. She decided she wanted a Samsonite because of their reputation for making quality luggage. She received the suitcase prior to Christmas so she could use it for a trip. She flew to Chicago O’Hare on December 21, 2022. She retrieved the suitcase from the luggage carousel only to discover it was damaged after only one use. We are very disappointed.
