When I received The luggage I figured that the case was a harder case, it’s soft. I figured that anything you carry in there could get damaged or broken like a mirror or a bottle of perfume. It’s just too soft. They throw the luggage all over the place when they loaded in the planes and it just wasn’t the quality that I thought it was when I bought it and especially coming from Samsonite!!!

It rolled really easily and was great in terms of inside organization. But I was astonished when I saw it on the luggage belt. It was really scratched all over and I specifically bought it because reviewers said it was scratch resistant. Super disappointed.

Rolls like a dream but scratches easily. After just one flight it was all scratched up.

I was hesitant to go with a hard sided suitcase, but this one changed my mind. It’s so lightweight, but holds up well. Having a strap on one side and a fully zippered side is great for organizing what goes where. Add in packing cubes, and you have a great option for travel. The handle works well and the wheels give you the mobility needed.
