Dear Samsonite Customer Service Team,
I am disappointment and frustrated with the quality of one of your products, specifically the Omni PC medium spinner that I purchased recently. I am a long-time supporter of Samsonite and have always trusted the brand for its durability and craftsmanship. However, on my very first use of the luggage, the handle broke, which has left me dissatisfied with the product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was on a long trip to Asia, and the luggage withstand multiple checks-in and rough terrains. I especially like the lock feature which allowed me to keep items locked in situations where there are no safe in rooms. There is plenty space to fit additional stuff brought back from trip. I only have samsonite luggages and they have held up well for over 10 years and would like to see how well this one would hold up.

The case looks good and the zippers, TSA lock, and handle all work smoothly. Unfortunately one of the corners with a roller dented in the first time I checked it for a flight. It popped back out, but it has a crease now so it may continue to happen. Difficult to know how tough the baggage handlers were on it, but I expected a stronger build from Samsonite.

This was a gift but I have my own set. This is by far THE BEST set of luggage I have ever used. I have gas plenty of others that eventually had wheels that stuck or handles that snapped. THESE PIECES ARE SO SMOOTH TO ROLL THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE FLOATING! THEY ARE MADE OF AN INDESTRUCTABLE POLYVINYL THAT DOESNT DENT OR SCRATCH. THEY HAVE BOTH CARRY HANDLES AND RETRACTABLE PULL UP HANDLES THAT CLICK IN AND OUT WITH EASE. THE EXTRA ZIPPERS ON THE SIDE CAN BE USED TO GIVE YOU MORE INSIDE STORAGE AND CAPACITY SPACE. I HAVE 3 Pieces and I bought 2 as a gift. I just think they are the greatest.

I purchased this luggage and love it so much. I got in pink and love the color. It definitely stands out which is why I wanted it. Very light weight, love that the TSA lock is attached to it. Was easy to set my own combination#. The handles are nice, the wheels spin perfectly so I am not struggling while pushing.

You get you pay for so I’m pleased with the quality of the luggage. This mid-spinner is an add on to the matching 3-piece set I bough my wife. Tossed out my old luggage with no regrets. The only thing I recommend is that the handle could be a bit more substantial and stable.

This suitcase replaced a larger Samsonite case, as we are learning to pack lighter and don't need heavier luggage, as the larger case was when full. Because of its somewhat smaller size, this new case is more easily maneuvered on its wheels and in general. We used the larger case for several years, and we hope this new one will be a durable.

Broken zipper

I brought this for a week long trip. Arrived on time and in good condition. I normally pack the night before and close my suitcases the morning of travel. In my horror the outer zip busted before I could close the case. Case was half empty. Thankfully I had a backup case on standby otherwise a delayed lost vacation. To say disappointed is an understatement . I’ve always recommended Samsonite products perhaps it’s time to look elsewhere. Returning the product ASAP!!
