What is there to say about this product? I ordered it after reading all the reviews even the negative ones. Still you are Samsonite and have NEVER let me down. The box(es) arrived. I ordered 2 - one for my wife and 1 for me. She laughed at the way I was so enamored by the thoughtfulness behind the planning and designing of the product - very sensible and so practical. It is a suitcase so will have a certain amount of weight. It's not that heavy. If you complain about the weight have someone else carry it for you. No complaints - only accolades. Keep up the good work.

The best thing for me is that has only two wheels. The four wheels system steals a lot of space that could be capacity space.

I was pleasantly surprised by this luggage. It came as a BOGO deal that was impossible to beat. Secondly, I am very finicky about my luggage. My wife is a retired airline employee and I have free travel privileges as a result. I also used a carry on, as I travel on stand by and may have to change to another flight at the last minute, so checking a bag would be a killer. Therefore, I want one that fits into the overhead with no problem, yet carries enough for any trip I am taking, relying on laundry services along the way. I was very happy with my old one, which was sturdy and held a lot, but this one is also sturdy and holds even more, yet fits.

This bag is slightly wider than the carry on specification for most airlines (14.5" vs 14"), however, so far I haven't had any trouble with it (I've had flights on American and United without any problems).

best suitcase ever! i especially liked the plastic zipper pocket inside the suitcase for dirty or damp clothes and the small upper outside pocket for my ziplock bag of liquids--makes going through security so easy please do not use my email address on any publication or ad

Handle only extends to the initial 12 inches or so. Basically handle does not function properly or is broken. Sucks when you are bent over trying to roll the bag around busy European streets.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor Quality
