[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This versatile luggage is excellent for carry-on needs. I was able fit four to five sets of clothes in this. It’s lightweight and easy to roll in many directions. Fits the aisle of the plane and easy to load in and out of overhead bins. The material seems to be well made and durable for longevity.

A great Carry On Roller

Great look, hard to handle

Loved the look of this, however, this is extremely hard to maneuver with. It does not feel very sturdy as you move about the airport.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hard to push

I purchased the 20 inch spinner to match my larger Omni luggage. The wheels on the 20 inch spinners do not glide as smooth as the wheels on the larger luggage. It is very hard to maneuver through the airport
I would recommend this to a friend!

The suitcase was exactly what I needed. However as soon as I put weight in the suitcase one wheel stopped spinning. Sort of defeats the purpose.

I had read some reviews of people saying the spinner wheels weren’t that that great but thought it could be something that either I could overlook or not care that much about. I just took it on an international trip and I cannot tell you how much it actually mattered. The wheels aren’t really the 360-spinner easy glide, they are similar to shopping cart wheels in that they have to be facing the direction you want to push the suitcase. By the end of the trip my shoulder was killing me from struggling constantly trying to maneuver the suitcase to glide forward and ultimately completely stopped using it as a glider and ended up just pulling it along on two wheels - which probably made my shoulder feel worse. For this brand and this price point, this small feature should be a slam dunk no problem - but unfortunately it’s not.
The plus side is that for its size it is roomy and I surprisingly fit more clothing and items than I had anticipated in a carry on. It also fit easily in overhead compartments.
But due to the wheel issue I see myself passing on using this suitcase again and will just use others that I already own that actually glide, which is super disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second time I’ve purchased this one. Both had the same issue. Trying to fill out the repair request form and it won’t submit the request.
