Good bag but...

Good bag, lots of capacity, well made, would have preferred nubs or some padding on the bottom but the real problem is that the shoulder pad will not stay when wearing it. The pad on the shoulder strap is entirely too slippery, it keeps falling off when I wear it over one shoulder. Also, the strap will not stay at the adjusted length. Whenever the pad moves it changes the strap length.
Pros: Good Capacity, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: shoulder pad slips, straps won't stay at length

I was looking for a medium sized light weight carry-on bag that I could zip closed. For years I'd been carrying a bag that I could not zip closed and eventuallly lost a Kindle as a result. Now my carry-on will be easy to lift and my items will be secure!
