A Serious Cooks "new best friend!"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a trained chef and culinary industry professional, I was shocked when my appliance store presented a product that was fairly priced, had mega gas power and unique oven features. (Note: When I first entered the store, I was completely focused on purchasing a Wolf Gas Range. , however, the owner of the Appliance store redirected my thinking and presented the Bosch line.) Quickly, I was very impressed with Bosch and didn't realize the company produced such quality items.
Since my September purchase, everything I have made using with my new Gas Range has turned out delicious and effortless. Bosch is the "crème de la crème" and should be every serious cooks "new best friend!" Remember: A good stove

Gas slip-in Benchmark range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the range installed a week ago and have used the cooktop, broiler, and baking features. My wife and I are advanced cooks. All of the features performed at or beyond our expectations. The kitchen timer has a unique ring which is very useful. Programing the settings was also very easy. I particularly like the extended range of the cooktop burner knobs. These result in very precise and controllable heat. The appearance of the unit is highly professional and complements the adjacent stainless refrigerator. The broiler and baking units preheated very rapidly and precisely. We are really looking forward to our home cooking adventures with this range.

Excellent All-Gas Slide-in Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I use our range 5-6 times/week- the large gas burner in the center is awesome for soups and cooking pasta- the real estate for the burners is used wisely and easily fits our larger pots for cooking- the burner grills are sturdy and easy to remove and clean. We also use the oven 1-2 times/week, and it cooks a cheesecake, duck, chicken or pork loin perfectly. The warming portion of the oven is nice to keep food toasty, and for heating serving dishes.

Sophisticated and Functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In love with this gas range purchased two months ago. I am a serious cook. Love the handsome, sleek design, especially the cook top--completely grated with a central gas burner, absolutely no wasted space, the most space I've ever had on a cook top! Burners can go way, way low, but also have robust capacity for high heat. Looking forward to using the warming drawer at dinner parties and large family gatherings. Still learning advantages of the oven's convection option; this requires some experimentation. Overall, you can't go wrong: affordable luxury features, beauty, and functionality.

Love This Range!

I wasn't sure I wanted to switch from a glass top electric to a gas range, but I'm so glad I did! It's easy to use, although I haven't used all of the features, yet. The proof setting for bread dough makes baking bread much easier. The warming drawer is great for "I'll be there in a minute!" which turns out to be 10 or 15 minutes before they really make it to the table. I love the pull out rack in the oven for checking cooking progress. I also purchased the griddle and although I thought it a little pricey initially, I really like it. I use it most mornings for breakfast and the no-stick finish means cleanup is a snap.

Overall a GREAT STOVE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the option of three different btu's cooking surfaces and two simmering ones. I use the middle burner (1.22 orfice) when I want something to boil quickly. The right front burner (1.14 orfice) and left front burner (0.86 orfice) are great for everyday cooking. The oven door is easy to use. Three racks are very user friendly. The timer is loud enough, it beeps every 10 seconds and goes off automatically after 2 minutes. The light comes on when opening the oven door and goes off when you close the door. Cooking times have been good since I switched from electric oven to gas oven. The Bosch slide-in gas stove looks fabulous in my kitchen. Overall the best decision I made was purchasing a Bosch.

Arrived with Minor Damage, but Cooks Well

The oven works well enough, but for $3000 you would expect something in a "Benchmark" series to set the standard for quality. My oven arrived with three blemishes, and the delivery men did not cause it because I watched them closely. One one the front left above the handle, the second on the right front burner, and last, the enamel on the interior's bottom was flawed. See attached photos. As a side note, I think it's unfair to customer to start the delivery on the date up purchase when it took 18 days for delivery. The warranty should start when the customer takes possession of the product, not before.
