I have had a NutriBullet since the beginning, and burned out three of the original models due to the small motor, and my everyday use of them. (We all use them everyday right?) I hoped upgrading to a stronger motor would help, and it has; the motor works, but the blue light worked for the first month or so, and all the tabs on the mixing cups broke off, along with the worst thing: the bottom piece coming off during mixing or it screwing itself so tight during the process, I am unable to get it off at all. For the price, this is a total bomb, and now I'm very leery about purchasing another model, yet I do not know how to live without my bullet anymore!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
