I bought one month ago and followed the plan. The powder did not taste good and the texture was bad. I felt hungry all the time. Weight loss was very low. I'm returning the kit.

I am happy I bought this. I don't like raw carrots but I know they are good for me. I can blend carrots and other items to make them tolerablele. Also I am able to take a blend a drink with me through the day and sip on it.

Happy with the blending of ingredients, not particularly fond of the recipes. I have made a lot of shakes over the years and the recipes in the book I've tried don't give the "mmmm taste life in your infomercials when they blend one up and taste" they all pretty much have the same flavor" blah and bland no mmmmmm.
