Oven microwave combo

The oven microwave combo looks great! Only dis advantage is because the way the microwave opens down, it’s little hard to reach the inside of the microwave to clean. Otherwise the product is excellent!!

These products seem to be simple to use. Quiet operation The quick adhesive memo strip is also a very handy feature. Avoids looking thru the book !

Control panel problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When renovating our kitchen we chose Bosch appliances. It has been only 10 months since installation and we are already having problems with the control panel for the microwave. We are not pleased with the quality of your product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oven bakes very evenly and preheats fast. I like the soft-close door and smooth-glide rack. I'd recommend for sure.

Doesn't seem to be as high quality as advertised

Days old and already had to have a repair company out to look at door and control panel. Replacing parts on a product that was supposed to be new from the factory doesn't seem acceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave display dimmer than oven display.

I'm not sure if my unit is defective. The HIGH brightness setting of microwave is even dimmer than the LOW brightness setting of the oven. Even worse, the display of the microwave is turned off after a while. My expectation was the same brightness between two units. Also, auto turn-off of the display looks like a bug.

Initial disappointment

One day into my new oven (HBL87M53UC), and I've discovered that the kitchen timer can only be set for hours and minutes - no seconds! I can't set my cookie time of 6 minutes 30 seconds. I can't set my egg boiling time, my popcorn time - the worthless timer compromises every other function of this expensive oven! I couldn't believe it, so I immediately called Bosch, and it was confirmed - you can only set to the whole minute. Deal breaker - except that I already bought it without imagining that I'd better make sure the timer could be set properly. So disappointed. The oven works fine, but at this price point, why in the world would a simple function like a timer be so sub-par?
