- love this microwave when it worked
- door slams easily and I know it's not entirely Bosch's engineering fault for my kids being kids and needing to learn how to close something nicely ... but ...
- something in door latch on left broke and it's loose and subsequently the 'wave is not working probably because of a safety fault
- wished they could have engineered it more robustly, learned about this problem from another review, i'm attempting to get it fixed
- decent sub 200 dollar panasonics can last forever with hulk hogan slamming the door repeatedly ... but this Bosch can't at over 2k ... disappointing.
