Wets herself and you

This doll is really cute. It's a good size and the clothes are cute, well made, and easy for my daughter to get on and off. The potty side of it though isn't the greatest. You have to tip the doll back to get the water in her like you would a real baby but then the water comes right out not really giving you enough time to get the doll on the potty. The diaper that comes with it isn't terribly absorbent-which I know it's a doll but it pees so you need something! I ended up sewing her a new one out of a regular cloth diaper and that has worked well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dolly is the right size but very difficult for a 2 1/2yr old to put doll on potty and have it stay there. Maybe a different design of potty is needed?

The Melissa and Doug clothes I purchased to go along with this doll are TOO big for her! They are advertised as fitting the 12"doll but don't...very disappointed for my granddaughter.

I was not impressed with the doll. It seems cheaply made and doesn't measure 12 inches. I have bought many Melissa & Doug products in the past and that is one reason why I bought this doll. The doll was also overpriced for the quality.
