The product and its price were fine with a couple of problems. First, my 3-year old niece got frustrated because the stethoscope does not stay in her ears, so she could conduct her "examinations" of her dolls. Whenever she moved and tried to use the stethoscope, it slid off. She had to pretend she could hear the "heartbeats" with the stethoscope around her neck and not her ears. This was disappointing. Also, the mask was not user friendly, so she just grabbed the one she usually uses. In the end, the product was fine, but two of the items could not be used fully.

Both parents are in the medical field and she watches cartoons with Doc in them. I liked the fact the stethoscope was a real heart beat sound and she was excited to take the hammer and tap all of our knees. Her father helps in surgery, the mask was great. Perhaps a surgery cap in the future?

I bought this for my 3 1/2 year old grandson. He immediately put the lab coat on and gave "physical" exams to the entire family all evening long. In fact, he slept in the lab coat and wanted to wear it to daycare the next day. This is a wonderful toy and it has a face mask which he absolutely adores. We had his name embroidered on and he really likes that. Best gift ever!
