Don’t waste your money!

I was very excited to become an owner of this machine when I recently purchased a home which has this machine. I pride myself on liking good coffee so was looking forward to owning and using it. To my dismay, it produces the most awful coffee I have ever had - despite cleaning it, using various coffees etc. The coffee is extremely weak. So I called Bosch which did nothing as the warranty is for a year only. I realize the time limits, but the machine has hardly been used and is rather pricey. Alas, I have a nice looking machine in the wall and am using my $80 coffee maker from Costco! Pitiful. Don’t waste your money. Bosch has poor products and even worse customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
