Sparking and uneven heating just after 2 years

We had installed Bosch Microwave in August 2019 and Lst 3 weeks back it start sparks inside. Changed the Waveguide still sparking inside. Its been uneven in heating also for some time. We were surprised when we were researching customer reviews the sparking has been a major complaint from many customers. It is surprising after paying $1200 for microwave of BOSCH brand, its dyeing in 2 years usage.
We know it’s out of 1-year lim1-year warranty but this is major manufacturing /design defect. We had GE for 15 years with no problem and were shocked with the quality of BOSCH products now.

bad quality, nice design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the third microwave in a row that we replaced within 2 years and now it is broke again. Awful quality product. Bosch is no longer what it used to be. The first time we bought this product we fell in love with the design, but was DOA. When it was replaced after a month, it worked for about 8 months and the magnetron went bad. After 2 months I received another replacement that work for about 11 months and now the magnetron is broken again. To my surprise, sticker reades "made in China" while I always believed I was purchasing German quality.

Excellent and quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this microwave. So quiet and easy to use. Beautiful addition to my kitchen. My only complaint is that it is oven the oven and hard for me to reach the inside back to clean. I'm only 5ft 3 inches so others may not have this problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a great microway. I just wish I had paid attention to the fact that the door open vertically. It's a little difficult for my short wife to get into.

Turntable

I'm not sure if this is expected, but the turntable wouldn't stop rotating when convection oven is in use. This is super annoying and it doesn't look like there is a way to turn off the turntable.

Disappointed

We bought the microwave combo and dishwasher. Dishwasher broke within the first month, fixed with not issues but the stacking is useless. The microwave light is very dim and after 4 years the microwave just stopped working. We have had cheaper microwaves last many more years. I agree with everyone's comments, bosch is not the same quality, thus prices should reflect the basic quality. I will never buy a bosch dishwasher. Not sure what to do about the microwave.... I'm afraid to purchase another one.

Dim Display

We have also had the same experience with a dim display. Even though the setting is on high, the display is not possible to read after just under two years of use. The microwave is now sparking periodically. I have looked for exposed metal with no luck. Not a great quality product.

faulty microwave

this is the second bosch built in microwave to fail in 4 years. the first one failed (not repairable) after 2 years. out of warrenty. we bought a second from you and this one failed today. same problem. sparking and burning smell. there is some serious design flaw. fire risk. will never buy another bosch product . rating forced me to give 1 star...I would give 0
