Solid wood and not great for toddler. I am afraid that it could break something. Like the plastic foods better. Much lighter for her to carry.

Great product and very durable. I agree with other reviewer, the food is very heavy and can be dangerous if thrown. I have to watch my two year old closely when his baby sister is around.

I think this playset is sooo cute. It is fun. It fills the play fridge and freezer perfectly. The only flay is that they are solid wood and are hard and can hurt when thrown or dropped. On the other hand, that makes them durable!
