Still a great decision!

I bought these earbuds almost exactly two years ago and they are still holding up very well! These are still my go to earbuds and I will continue to use them because of how comfortable and great they sound. Very few earbuds have well balanced bass like these do, generally it’ll either be overkill and obscure sound quality or it simply won’t thump enough but not the case with these! I only use these at the gym and a big reason why is I have small ear canals and these stay put without falling out! Two years later and it was still a great buying decision!

Great noise-isolation

I bought these earbuds about 6 months ago, and I am still awed how great they sound, and I don't even have to crank up the volume, because of how greatly they reduce the outside noises.

Warranty service is very poor

I have used the product for almost 12-14 months and it started posing battery issues, later the sound quality started worsening - after thorough googling i found a sesrvice website , where i claimed for warranty service.Almost after one month of wait(from the day i opened my service request till the date i recieved the replacement) - what i recieved is a non-working or dead replacement. I tried recharging the device for almost 2hours & more. But still the device is still dead - i am not even able to switch it on. Hope the replacements are tested properly before dispatch.

Great Sound but Short lasting.

I was given a pair of these earbuds for Christmas and they broke within months. I used them everyday and I really likes the sound so I bought another pair. The same thing happened and I don't know if this is because I may have spilt water on it or if it has just broken.
