Won't charge the bsttery

I can't find my receipt but this past month, it appears that the charger cannot charge the battery. The blue light doesn't even go on. So when I pair it, all I hear is CHARGING, CHARGING, CHARGING. It doesn't stop saying that. When I unplug it, the blue light doesn't turn on.
I am very disappointed. I contact House of Marley and they are making it almost impossible to get any service. This was not a cheap speaker neither.
Also, the carrying bag is useless. I used it once at the beginning and it did not hold it properly so I never used it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery incapable of holding a charge

The sound of this speaker is wonderful however within a few months of use it was incapable of holding a charge. We have replaced chargers and used it as only a plug in unit for many months. Now it will not work at all even when plugged into wall outlet. Very disappointed with this expensive unit. This was not a good purchase.

Was hoping for better

If you can get this on sale it’s a decent speaker. It’s not very loud but the sound quality is ok. It’s what I would consider a cheap option but doesn’t pack much of a punch. It’s huge and heavy. Comes with a bag to make it more portable. I’ll be returning mine as it’s not nearly loud enough and it’s just way too big for me.

I have no complaints this speaker has been great it has amazing bass the battery lasts a long time and it’s still holding up perfectly after a year of regular use if you’re looking for a speaker with bass this is the one!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bricked?

I've had the speaker for quite a while now and there are not enough words to convey my satisfaction.
For those few that have had it "brick", meaning that it turned off and only the blue light stays on and nothing else happens, here's the solution:
Press and hold the power and the Bluetooth buttons at the same time and hold them pressed for 10 seconds. Speaker is now back.
