Charging port broken

We bought the Get Together 26 months ago and now the mini usb charging port is broken. We are just out of Warranty although we never misused it. The port was pretty fragile from the start and the mini USB never fit tighlty into the port so I assume that this caused our issue. It's pretty annoying that this 'just' happened right after Warranty expired... We like the Get Together and I don't like to cause electronic waste unnecessarily.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this speaker last summer. Charger always seemed loose and speaker wouldn’t play for more than a couple of hours on charge. Now the charger pice broke off into the charger plug. Very disappointed. Sound was good quality for the money, but not worth it otherwise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best speaker

I bought this speaker as a freshman in high school to keep around play music and have a good time expecting it to get beat up and yes it did get slighting stratched on the occasional drop, but other than that this speaker has been the most reliable speaker over 6 years. Being a sophomore in college the speaker hasn’t lost battery life or sound quality even from being in the sun, in the sand, and in the rain slightly ( not water proof by any means tho). Overall this is a great quality product and I’d assume the others are the same or better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but need some advice!

Is it possible to use the Bluetooth function and the aux in at the same time? At the moment I've been having to unplug the aux to use the bluetooth which is a bit of a faff!

I bought my speaker over a year ago..no complaints on sound or quality..just one thing is my charger port doesn't charge my speaker anymore..would like to send in to fix but dont know where to start?..

Speaker works fine. Not a lot of bass, but it is okay.

This is my second purchase of this speaker system and I think it has really good sound quality. I took the recycling concept to another level to tie in theme of one of my favorite songs by Bob Marley, Three Little Birds. PS. Happy Birthday our brother.
