Pretty bad in a number of ways

First of all, Best Buy's website is incorrect...there is NO inline volume control on these headphones. There's only one inline button and it's for ending calls. Besides that (which is major because that's the feature I was specifically looking for), audio is muffled sounding. What's really strange is that every touch or brush against the outside of the cable and you hear it through the earbuds; it's like the sound you hear when your ears are underwater. If you touch the cord, or it brushes against your clothing, you hear it through the headset (it's like using two cans ties with a string). The only good things about these are that they look nice and the plugs sit firmly in my ears, but since a set of headphones is for LISTENING, those qualities don't make up for the poor audio.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality and company! They plant trees in an effort to lessen their carbon footprint. The cord doesn’t tangle which is another plus. Very sleek!

Best Headphones

Purchased these to replace my last pair which lasted +5 years of use and abuse. these headphones are made to last and sound great! I'm very sad to hear they cut production on these :( hopefully that changed.

Good sound and value, the plug though...

So, the plug is a weird 90 degree angle plug that's about an inch long and is in no way pictured on the box. This means that there's leverage in it moving and rotating in the jack. I've only started using them today and when the jack moves, it's cut out.
