Can’t clean the tank!

I have had this a couple years and it’s impossible to properly clean the tank. I have black powdery mold/mildew inside and bleach won’t even remove it! You can only fit your fingers in an inch or so.....so basically I have to throw it away and get a new tank. Not worth it.

Great but tank cracked

Worked great but the tank isn’t easy to hold while filling slipped cracked after only owning two months

Short life

I bought this for a classroom twice. It was used daily. I cleaned it faithfully, changed the cartridge regularly, never let it run empty, and turn it off unplugging it when not in use. I cleaned and air dried it thoroughly before putting it away for the season. When it was set up to be used for the next season, following the directions to the letter, it didn't work. Both times. One season each.
When it worked, it was great but I will be looking elsewhere this season.
