Compact for travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this humidifier for my vacations when i stay stay in hotels. The compact design is great to pack in luggage. The creative design allows the use of a standard water bottle to attach. Almost everyone has a water bottle handy. It lasts all night which helps with those rooms.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My HoMedics Total Comfort Portable Humidifier arrived just in time for our latest vacation. I always have health issues when I travel so I look for anything to improve the situation. The travel humidifier was super easy to set up. I made the mistake of trying to use a water bottle that was much larger than one of the 16.9 Oz water bottles. It ended up leaking and had issues staying upright. When I switched to a normal single size water bottle it worked perfectly. That amount lasted all night and the room actually had some moisture in the air when I woke and there.were no nose bleeds on this trip. This will definitely make it into my suitcase on all trips from now on. So glad I got one.

Awesome Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from chronic sinusitis and this has been a very very big help when I have a flare up. I can also tell it's going to be a huge help in the winter time when the heat is on and the air gets so dry because of it.I love that it's small and I can take it on trips out of town. HoMedics just added a customer for life.

Great Portable Humidifier!

This was a great idea to make a portable humidifier that works with everyday water bottles. So simple, yet so effective! I have been using these when I travel on business and it has worked out great.

Small but mighty!!

Being in wonderfully cold air conditioning 24/7 has its perks, but dried out sinuses and eyes isn't one of them. This perfectly portable humidifier solves those issues with ease.
It's small size fits perfectly on a nightstand without hogging all the surface space, and the long cord allows it to be plugged in farther away so you still have the outlet beside the bed for a lamp/alarm clock/phone charger etc.
Set up is so simple, I use a 16.9oz water bottle with a shorter neck so it sits tight in the nozzle and doesn't leak. The slide out little legs on the base are not only adorable but also so brilliant!! Great idea to keep it from tipping over yet still keeping with it's portability.
The unit is quiet, but the visible mist and blue light ensures that it is running and releasing the cool mist as it should. The adjustable output is an added bonus for those times when you need it kick it up a notch or 2.
I get about 7 hours on high with a 16.9oz bottle before it runs out and shuts off automatically, another brilliant idea since you don't have to worry about it burning up when the water is empty.
I really like that I don't have a tank to fill, carry, and more importantly CLEAN. Just wipe out the input with the little included brush and rinse the nozzle is all you need to do to keep the germs at bay.
I have taken this little guy to work, to our cabin, an overnight stay in a hotel, and use it nightly in my bedroom at home. It's seriously has become my sidekick, my ride or die...and I know it works well because my daughter told me I'm not raising the roof off with my snoring, a win win for all of us lol :)

Portable and convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is awesome for someone who travels or has a small room. My son uses this humidifier in his door room at college. It’s easy to just pop a water bottle in and helps put moisture in the air when he can’t control the temperature and the heat makes the room dry. He uses the humidifier next to his bed and it helps him tremendously at night when he’s sleeping
