Leaks from a hole in the bottom

I bought this about a month ago, it leaked but stopped. Using it now it leaks from a manufacturers hole in the bottom. I can’t figure it out I’m very disappointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Leaks

I bought this from bed bath and beyond and it started leaking from the bottom. It’s a travel humidifier and I nearly ruined my friends nightstand when I took it travelling with me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It leaks like an open cap bottle

This humidifier worked well for 2 days, It was great then it worked, it was a great concept and I can see it could get popular. Then it started to leak the whole bottle out, repeatedly no matter how I made adjustment, made a mess on my desk all the way into drawers. I was fortunate it did not shut off my electronics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought on Friday, not working and leaking everywhere by Sunday night. Complete waste of money, the thing is less than junk. Returning it tomorrow.

Worked then leaked

I opened this is November and used it for a while with little issue. Few leaking episodes but nothing major. Now, 2 months later, it leaks all the time!!! I've had to blow dry my desk calendar and clean everything off so many times. Would not recommend

Works as designed and works well

I read all of the reviews and don't doubt that others have had problems with this unit. However, mine, which I've had for just over two months, has been flawless, knock on wood. I use it on the road, I use it at home. It has never leaked. The volume of the cool mist is surprising for such a small unit. It raises the humidity level by 5-6% in my dry environment and seriously outperforms a large, one gallon Vornado humidifier. I am careful not to use a bottle of water larger than 16.7 ounces, which gives me about 9 hours of humidification. Any larger will likely cause a leak. Other than that, so far so good. If I run into problems, I'll report back.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased it for travel and love it! I've never had a problem with it leaking. Amazing amount of cool mist, very silent and perfectly packable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
