A little confusing

I'm on the fence...

Product installed had some wearing and stains on the back wall we cannot clean. It appears it was used before installation to a new home. The dial is junk. It does not always catch and just spins around, we have to push or hold it to get it to actually change the settings.
The unit is deep which is great for many things, but to clean it you need to get higher to reach past the door to the back to clean completely without putting pressure on the door where it would fall off.
The clock does go off when not in use and that is annoying as i depend on this in my kitchen. I haven't figured out yet if you can adjust the preprogrammed settings, the popcorn setting is not enough to pop a bag completely - i end up having to add 60 seconds while it's still cooking.
The unit is deep which is great for many things, but to clean it you need to get higher to reach past the door to the back to clean completely without putting pressure on the door where it would fall off.

The issues you have described with regard to the dial should be checked by an authorized service location. This unit is covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty which covers all manufacturing defects. Please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am -6pm EST to schedule a service appointment. When cleaning the interior of the unit we would recommend standing off to the side of the door as opposed to reaching across the depth of the door. This should allow easier access to reach the back wall to clean. Effective June 2016, Department of Energy regulations require the clock display go out after approximately 30 seconds. There is no way to make adjustments to keep the time of day displayed at all times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. The best second oven

I’m still learning of what this nifty appliance is capable. It definitely cooks the best bacon ever. So grateful my friend insisted I have this installed in my new kitchen.

Advantium Microwave/Wall Oven/Speed Cooking

This advantium microwave does not match the advantium wall oven. The color is not the same. The digital font and font color are not the same. The edges and door are not the same. The handle is not the same as the oven, refrigerator and dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My low rating is because it took over 5 1/2 months to get the oven after ordering. Also because the door comes down in the front, I cannot reach the back of the oven to wipe it clean. Would be much better if the door opened to the side. Also, I is pretty expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
