The door is awkward

This is a replacement to the older model that I loved ! The door on this one doesn’t go down all the way making it hard for short people to pull out hot food while using the oven . The microwave feature now makes steam in the door window . This seems like a big step down. I’m wishing I would have tried another brand .

The GE Advantium replaces my toaster, microwave, air fryer and more. I am just beginning to use all the features. It’s incredible.

Received new Advantium Wall Oven. Installed unit plugged it in and got an F3 - shorted key panel code. So we waited over 6 weeks to receive this new unit and it doesn’t even work. How can GE send out products that don’t even work? Don’t they check them before sending them out? Crap in a box. Very unhappy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Marko52 - Congratulations on you new Advantium oven! We're so sorry for the difficulty you've experienced and know this must be frustrating for you. To attempt to clear the F3 code yourself, please follow the steps below:
1. Press CLEAR/OFF or CANCEL.
2. Program control again.
3. If the fault code appears again, disconnect power to the microwave for 30 seconds.
4. reconnect power and program the cooking function again.
If the F3 fault code appears again, warranty service will be required. We recommend unplugging the Advantium until you have it serviced. Please schedule an appointment with GE Service at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

We love this unit

We had a previous unit and, after 10 years, when the internal chips failed and could not be replaced successfully, we bought a new unit. Since we already have a microwave, we use this unit strictly for baking and heating things up. One of the key features is that it heats up much faster than the GE oven we have and also cools off faster. This allows us to be baking at two different temperatures and times. One thing we miss is the constant clock display we had with the previous unit. This one only shows the time when you open the door-and then for just a few moments. We also were hoping this unit would fit exactly into the same space as the previous GE unit. Instead, although, at the store, the measurements we were given said that we could install this unit exactly as the previous unit in regard to width(height was actually the same), when the unit arrived and we went to install it, there was a little over an inch of space showing in the width. the good news is that the previous unit had side panels in black which were removable and the technician was able install them on each side of the unit to cover up the gaps. Since the previous unit was black and this unit is stainless steel, the black side panels go well with the unit and, to the untrained eye, they look great.

Convection oven

Convection oven- after 18 years we replaced our previous GE convection oven. Very happy with the flexibility and convenience this oven allows. Very happy with this product.
