I can't say enough good things about this TV. It's perfect for the space we've chosen it for. It's functionality options are far beyond my expectations. Of course, this is the 1st new TV that we've purchased since 1999 so it's evident that technology has changed for the better. Really though quite an excellent product. Would purchase again!

On jan 2nd new TV quit working. We had sound but no picture. We had repairman here this morning with circuit board, but still not working. He now thinks it needs the panel replaced, but might have to have a new TV.
Not happy about this as we had heard so many good things about your TV's.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, not working after a few weeks of use

The owners manual is easy to pull up.
It made setting up the TV to be a simple process.
