remote is difficult to use

Remote is hard to use as we need to use both the ATT remote and Samsung to get to our favorite programs or features. For example, we still have not found the ok button that works on the Samsung remote; also, the volume feature strangely works on one side of TV and then only on the other. Is this weather dependent???.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display
Cons: trouble adjusting the volume, trouble with remote, e-manual not paginated

This TV is a lot of bang for the buck. The picture is beautiful. The sound is a bit different from what I've had before, but I think that's because the speakers are to the side instead of the front like my 10 year old TV that I replaced. It is a smart TV; I had some questions and issues, but there are so many bells and whistles, I recommend that you read the manual that comes with it after you get it hooked up. The main clue to the features that make it Smart is the menu button on the remote. Take the time to go through each step and you won't get frustrated like I did. Once I got familiar with the menu, the TV is amazing. I've owned Samsung products of all types and I've always had great luck with them.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: sound is not as great as i expected

This TV has a crisp and sharp picture. The best on the market for the price. Features are easy to access, on screen help is fantastic. The remote is wonderful and simple to navigate within a short time of getting accustomed to it. The audio is decent for the price range( I will be adding a sound bar and sub woofer by my own choice. )
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is a great tv

I am very pleased with this tv. It is very lightweight and slim in design. After playing with the setting I finally got the results I was looking for an expected. The only downside I have found is with the design of the remote.It is comfortable to hold in one hand, but not easy to use with one hand if it is setting on a flat surface as it rolls awy from you.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, lots of features

We love this tv we had problems with other sets we bought with sound,but this one has great sound
and it is so easy to set up we could not believe it,I will never again buy anything but Samsung,they are great to work with if you have any questions THANKS SAMSUNG

Design of TV is sleek and very modern. Resolution and Color is excellent.
Apps are slow and very painful to manipulate on the remote, lagging and slow, library is too small.
