All round great product have no complaits

Third Samsung TV in my home. Samsung has the best product out there right now. Great picture clean lines, wish I could afford a 55" or a 60" who wouldn't.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color

Great TV, Great Price

I am not tech savvy, so when I decided to get a smart tv I was a little bewildered. I needn't have worried. My new Samsung was very easy to set up. In no time I was watching my favorite streaming movies and tv shows. It has an excellent picture and it looks great. My last tv was a Samsung and I had it for twelve years. You can't go wrong with a Samsung.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Get a roku instead

Compared to Samsung TVs that are not "smart " TVs this TV is not responsive and needs a lot of reset to factory. functions unrelated to wifi such as volume etc sometimes takes several seconds before they respond to the remote Netflix requires reset often due to the TV. If I switch to the old Samsung TV that is not smart then I can pull up Netflix or whatever on roku. you're better off getting a Roku it's always responsive and not glitchy or slow
Cons: Did not meet expectations, smart functions glitchy all function slow to respo
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am enjoying the TV, but the remote leads to frustration. I can't get the GUIDE button to do what I want, so I must use the remote for my Cox provider to get what I need. I wish I could get to use one remote only. There is so much available with this TV to learn. The sound varies in quality. At times it seems hollow and not crisp. Maybe I should look into remote speakers.

Cons: need a fully functional remote

Great TV, Samsung does a good job of taking quality components and pairing them with their home brewed software. Love Samsung as a brand and a company.

This TV is outstanding for all the features it offers. The picture is great. I only have one problem and that is how to set the higher definition . I've been unable to find that. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my TV
