This dollhouse was very simple, yet adorable. It is perfect for a first dollhouse! I got it for my niece's first birthday, she won't be able to play with it (and understand it) for sometime, but I know she will enjoy it!

Because our Granddaughter fell in-love with the larger "Multi-Level Solid Wood Dollhouse" that we gave her for her 5th birthday we returned to Melissa & Doug's website to purchase this "Fold & Go Dollhouse" too!! She took the Larger Dollhouse home and because she absolutely LOVES to play anything "dollhouse," PaPa and GrandNan wanted to have one to keep at our home so that she/we could play together when she came to visit us. This folds and stores easily, keeping all pieces inside to keep them from getting lost. No assembly required, just unpack and start playing, GREAT quality toy!!!

Nice FIRST doll house!

My two year old really likes this house. It is perfect for her size/age, and it is easy to put away. It would be nice to have a mini-outdoor playground for the little figurines to go out and play (something to buy separate).
