I love smoking on my Longhorn combo and when I’m not available my wife can fire up the gas grill and cook for me

I just bought this smoker and first time using tonite. Happy Happy Happy with the gas grill side. Wish the smoker side was a bit Bigger. Oh well, I’ll make it work . Thanks...

what an awesome cooker

Best decision I've made in a long time. I have always cooled with gas and that's my comfort zone, but love the taste of smoked BBQ.With this grill i jave tje versatility of a quick burgers and dogs on the gas side..... or some deliciously smoked ribs on the other. I definitely recomend this grill to others!

We bought this gril about a year ago and absolutely love it. The ease of using it is great. The food cooks evenly and clean up after is a breeze. We enjoy having the option of either grilling or smoking in one single unit.

It's Just Fun

The Longhorn is perfect for just about everything I want to do. I've always had an electric smoker and I love the large capacity, but for at home the combo is the perfect setup. The gas grill will handle anything a regular grill does, but the charcoal smoker with a little hickory on top provides incredible results. I smoke a lot of fish during the summer months, but most smokers don't do well in Canadian Winters. I was surprised at how easy it is to maintain constant temperatures with the charcoal smoker and the thermometers are dead accurate so I'm no longer double checking. The offset smoker also allows for excellent cold smoker. I wish both sides had an upper rack, but overall I'm thrilled with the results.
