Ready to Grill for the Summer

I have had my grill for a little less than a week and absolutely love it! The assembly and instructions were a challenge to say the least however outside of 2 screws I had to call in reinforcement for I as a 120lb female was able to put it together myself in about 5 hours over the course of 3 days. Although the assembly was rough and the instructions could be a little more helpful the performance of the grill it's self has definitely paid off. I did receive the grill as a free sample in exchange for my review, but would purchase a Char-Broil grill when I need a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this grill for my husband for Father's Day. It replaced a previous
Char-Broil grill. We used it for July fourth. It was phenomenal. Everything was perfectly cooked. Having the temperature gauge on top was most helpful.

The Best Grill I Have Used

I have owned and used many gas grills and this is by far the highest quality and easiest to use gas grill I’ve tried. It looks fantastic in the backyard and it feels good opening the lid. The design is practical and thoughtful. I appreciate the bumpers on the lid that keep it from banging when you close it.
Aside from the great looks and solid construction, the grill is amazingly easy to use. The electronic ignition works quickly. The gauge on the gas line makes it easy to know you have enough gas to finish cooking. Maintaining temperature is also easy. I roasted a chicken for over an hour and the temperature was consistent for whole roasting time. And the chicken was perfect!
The use of high quality stainless steel in the grill grates is easy to clean and meat gets beautiful grill marks without sticking.
Considering the cost of quality meats and cooking time, I consider this grill an excellent value. I’ve ruined a number of meals with overcooked food or unevenly cooked meat. This grill with it’s well designed burner arrangement and zone temperature control, makes it easy to keep an even grill. And this grill is built to last.

Absolutely LOVE This Grill!!

My overall rating on this product is/was a 4 1/2 - 5, out of 5 stars. This product was sent to me and I had a chance to review it as a free sample, in exchange for my review. Overall, I was very pleased with the overall performance and quality of this grill. Assembly was more or less simple, with only a very few tools needed to put it together. The assembly instructions were pretty straightforward and pretty easy to understand. There were a few screw holes that didn't line up as easily as shown in the directions and that made the assembly take much longer than anticipated, but that was easily remedied with my small power drill and a little man power. After putting it together, I was very pleased with the end result and overall look of the grill. The materials are very strong and the grill does not flex or bend much, when trying to move it, which was good. Next, I attached the LP gas tank and was ready to grill. The electric ignition is really easy to use and I had no problem lighting the grill. In fact, the burners lit on the very first try, in testing them and also when I was ready to preheat it, to get ready to cook on it. It took a little while, even though I read the instructions and payed attention to the demo tag that was attached to the inside of the top rack, to get use to the & high and low heat sides of the grill. I also had to play with the burners a little, while paying attention to the thermostat, to get the proper heat that I needed for the food I was grilling. Let me tell you, this thing gets Hot fast and holds heat very well. Even after opening it to check your food, it does not take long to get back to the temperature, that it was at. I really liked to upper top rack, because I was able to put some of my meat, up there to stay warm or allow my bar-b-cue sauce to dry on it, without having to leave it in that hot grate and possibly burn it. I know I will get much usage out of that feature in the future. Ease of use was great. Durability was good, for its size. Look was very sturdy and inviting and it seems like it will be easy to keep clean. I also liked the little grease catch, at the bottom of the grill, above the tank. There is also a slide out drawer/pan, that the grease can funnel down, that helps with the cleaning. After finishing up with grilling and saucing my food, it was easy to turn off and didn't take very long to cool down, to be moved later. And the food!! I was very, very pleased with the end result of my food. Everything was cooked thoroughly and evenly. Nothing was burned or overcooked. It all had a good taste and not a gassy propane scent to it. And later, I even took my cast iron pot and used the side burner to cook some baked beans. They were excellent! Now finally, the price. I gave this product a 2 1/2 to 3 star rating, only because it is very nice and has many different features, that make this a top quality grill, but I think it could have maybe came with a few extra grilling accessories or even the rotisserie attachment to level it out. I feel like it is a very good buy and would give you many years of good grilling times, but for the listed price, I think it could have had a little more. That would make it a top dog grill and grilling product and we could give it its rightful crown, that I think it deserves. But all in all, and Overall, I think this product would make any novice or highly experienced cook, chef or grill master happy. Thank You very much for this opportunity. And HAPPY Grilling!! Fantastic product !

I received this unassembled product and was impressed by the weight of it, 161 pounds. This told me it was going to be very sturdy. I opened the package and was impressed that each peace was carefully protected to prevent damage. It took about 2 1/2 hours to assemble and all hardware and parts were included. The provided instructions were an easy to use guideline during assembly. After assembly I was very impressed by the total square inch cooking space. I first cooked 1 1/2 " ribeyes on this grill. When I cook a steak, the hotter the grill, the better. The provided temp guage goes to 650 degrees and I was impressed how it quickly surpassed this rating. I grilled and served the steaks and all eaters were impressed and said they were better that restaurant quality ! On the next use, I indirectly cooked babyback ribs at a lower temperature. Using wood chips for smoke, I was easily able to control the temperature at a lower degree and the ribs turned out fantastic as well. I have since cooked fajitas, burgers, sausauge, and vegtables and everthing turned out great and the grill was easy to use everytime. The ease of cleaning this grill was better than any I have owned in the past. Being in the competion BBQ scene I am a fanatic when it comes to outdoor cooking. I have owned several other brands of gas grills in the past and this one is definetly the best one I've had so far. If you are in the market for a new I grill, I strongly suggest you consider this one.

The side burner is awesome for cooking sides. It's a well built grill and can't wait to use it this summer for BBQs. Awesome product!

I love my Char broil grill. It was easy to assemble, and it's sleek appearance is an added bonus. It looks as good as it performs too. I was worried that it might not grill as well due to the amazing appearance, but that was not an issue. I was so excited the day I got it that I put it together immediately.For me, assembling things is not always fun, but this was a breeze to assemble. Once I got it up and going, I used it every night for a week, cooking everything from hot dogs to steaks. No matter what it was I cooked, this grill cooked them to perfection! This item was sent as a free sample in exchange for my review, but my parents were looking to buy a grill this year and chose to buy this exact grill as well based on what they have seen from the grill.

Amazing Features!

This item was sent as a free sample in exchange for my review. I could not have imagined anything better! It came to me unassembled so that was a struggle putting together ten million pieces. Once it was together, my first thought was how nice it looked. The stainless steel and heavy duty look made me want to start grilling immediately. I was proud to own this Grill and have already purchased a cover so it will keep its look. Often products look nice but when you start using it, you become quickly disappointed. The more I used it, the more I loved it! The four burners, propane gauge, ignition button, wheels that lock, and the side privacy Grill are all amazing! The price is definitely high for this item, but you are getting what you pay for! This Grill will last me forever!
