Easy to use!

We bought this gas grill this weekend after owning a Char-Broil coal grill for a 6 years. Now we can make quick and easy meals without having to deal with the charcoal. We plan on using it multiple times a month, weather permitting in South Florida (it rains a lot). The grill super easy to use: just turn on the gas, and fire up the grill - no waiting! I've already cooked steak, pork loin, corn and sausages and it cooked everything to perfection. I'm already preparing some veggies, chicken and shrimp for the next grill meal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are so glad we bought this grill! Have had it almost a year now. We love the size, where we have one side of the grates that are clean for pans of veggies/BBQ/etc., and the other side for grilling all the meats. It's perfect. This thing also gets really hot (over 400) if you need that as well. Now during the heat of the summer we cook almost everything outside. Only thing I'd improve on is the small drippings pan, but it's big enough for us, just 2 people.

Not a good grill

We've had this grill for about 6 months and would not recommend it. Completely agree with other reviewers about heating time. After 30 minutes, the grill is not very hot. At first we thought the temperature gauge in the hood was defective. We verified with a separate gauge that the grill is not heating. Don't waste you money on this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry to hear this. We value you as a Char-Broil customer and want you to enjoy using your grill. Has the regulator been reset? If the grill is turned on or off incorrectly it can cause the safety device in the regulator to trip. This will cause a low flow and the regulator will need to be reset. This is an easy procedure that involves unhooking the regulator from the propane tank for a minute and then reattaching and following the lighting instructions on your grill. Make sure that when your grill is turned off that the grill is shut off first and then the propane tank. Please give us a call at 1-800-241-7548 and we will be able to best assist.

best grill ever

Cooks fast, never over cooked. I owned others but this is the best. Love the way the burners are set up. The handle is cool to touch.

Just stay away. This thing will never go above 350F no matter what. I did the "regulator reset" procedure like gazillion times, makes zero difference. Just buy anything but this, trust me.
